Group training is also an option that may help you to push yourself that little bit further when training. It can also be a great family activity that is not only fun, but also beneficial to their health.

At TAYLOR-MADE FITNESS we offer Couples / Group Training for all ages and fitness levels.

We can devise a training session for two people or programme a structured group class for between 3 and 4 people.

Group sessions are available for up to a maximum of 4 people.
